Thank you for choosing Firefly Lodge. To ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable stay for all of our guests, please review the following terms and conditions.
General Policies
- Check-In / Check-Out– Check-in is anytime after 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
- Age Requirement– You must be at least 24 years old to rent the lodge.
- Pets– We have a no pet policy, out of consideration for guests with allergies.
- Smoking– Firefly Lodge is a non-smoking property. This includes indoors and outdoor decks, to ensure comfort for all future guests.
- Noise & Behavior– Our lodge is a private home in a peaceful country setting with neighbors nearby. Guests are expected to maintain quiet, respectful behavior at all times.
- Events & Gatherings– Consent must be obtained in advance for any gathering or special event that exceeds the maximum guest accommodations.
Reservation & Payment Policies
- Deposit– A refundable 50% deposit of the total rental amount is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
- Minimum Stay– A two-night minimum stay is required (holidays require a three-night minimum).
- Balance Due– The full rental fee and security deposit must be received at least 30 days before check-in.
Security Deposit
A $500 security deposit is required and will be refunded in full within 10 business days of check-out, provided there is no damage to the property and all terms of the rental agreement have been met. Any deductions will be itemized and communicated in writing.
Cancellation Policy
- 30+ days before check-in– Full refund, less a $50 cancellation fee.
- 14–29 days before check-in– 75% refund.
- 7–13 days before check-in– 25% refund.
- Within 48 hours of check-in– Non-refundable.
